"We had the pleasure of working with Ben during the design phase and Jeremy during the construction phase. In short, it was a very smooth process with very few hiccups. When we first met with Ben, he took a lot of time to really understand our needs and goals for our home. His first draft of our plans were 90% on target. After a few rounds of minor revisions, it was time to hand the project off to Jeremy to break ground. We broke ground on August 19, 2015 and received our certificate of occupancy on April 4, 2016.
