We’ve been incredibly blessed with over 130” of freshly fallen snow since the first of the year 🤩 which, if you live in a ski town, means only one thing - powder days!!! Powder days are kind of like magical unicorns because they’re so rare. There’s an energy shift that occurs in town and it’s almost tangible. Hard to describe perfectly and more of a feeling than anything - as cliche as it sounds, it’s kind of one of those, “if you know, you know” type things 😃
To be the first person to make turns down a blanket of untouched snow is about as close as you can get to floating with your feet still on the ground. It generates a sense of wonder and provides a freedom we rarely find in everyday life. Pure magic, a child-like sense of excitement.
One of our employees stopped in the office yesterday after a morning ski break and with the biggest grin on his face said, “you know what? Today was my best day EVER.” He truly looked like he was glowing from the inside and I believed him. Best day EVER? It’s the joy that comes from the mountains! There’s no greater feeling than soaking in the presence, and experiencing Mother Nature provide a landscape for humans to just BE and love BEING!
I am so grateful to call these mountains my home! 💖 they’ll always hold the key to my soul! ❄️⛷️❄️

It's the year of #Crew23!!
We experienced a tremendous amount of growth as a Team in 2022. Looking back at what we accomplished; I'm motivated to continue pushing the envelope, working hard, growing together and building more in 2023.
As a designer, I've learned an incredible amount from Ben and I enJOY having him in my corner - inspired by his human capacity for openness, heart-centered connections, humility, compassion, understanding and love for all things design-build. The projects we bring to life are better because we create them Together. When you have a leader like Ben on your side, it's easy to know in your heart that the best is yet to come and the consistent push to be better becomes the norm.
We have such beautiful projects in the pipeline and none of it would be possible without him and our incredible Team we have in place - Crew23!
