Winter conditions are keeping us hard at work on this mountain modern farmhouse just outside of Crested Butte. This project is currently in the framing stage, but only a few weeks away from being weathered in! It incorporates reclaimed timbers in juxtaposition with its clean lines for a fresh look. This home is slated to be completed in later 2019 and we are honored to be a part of it. Project Manager Frank Mangum stated that “ this is by far the nicest home I have been able to be a part of,” and we all couldn’t agree more. 4 large bedrooms, a media room, workout room, expansive kitchen and private master bedroom “cottage” will make up the stats of this impressive home. With the 360 degree unobstructed mountain views and plentiful Colorado sunshine, this home is one to really be proud of.
