Seth Calkins joins the team as an experienced carpenter that we feel so fortunate to have on board! He’s from Exeter, New Hamsphire and moved to the Gunnison Valley back in 2007 to pursue his love of the mountains and rock climbing. This Valley continues to offer him new reasons to love living in this beautiful place. He learned how to ski here (something he didn’t consider himself good at until he was 32 years old!), explored remote areas of the Black Canyon and best of all, he feels that Gunnison is the best place ever to raise his children! Seth enjoys construction because he is able to explore his creativity through the building process and he loves solving puzzles. He’s always trying to figure out new and efficient ways of building so that the final product is a true work of art.
